Participating in the Renewal Program through Repair via Postal
Agree to the terms below to participate in the Renewal Program through Postal Repair.
Important Notes when participating in the Renewal Program from HUAWEI:
- 1. This program is only valid at HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers located in Malaysia.
- 2. The HUAWEI Renewal Program period is from December 25, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
- 3. This program is applicable to all HUAWEI WATCH Series devices. By participating in this program, you agree to transfer all rights to your old device to HUAWEI for verification processing.
- 4. Before participating in this event, the staff of the HUAWEI Authorized Service Center will inspect your old device. Make sure your old device still has a legible Serial Number (SN). Once the verification process is complete, you can purchase the selected device/model and get a price discount according to the ongoing program.
- 5. If you have any questions about the RenewaI Program's Plan, please contact us. You can consult with HUAWEI Authorized Customer Service staff before participating in this program.
- 6. Dummy/non-original products are not included in the Renewal Program. If the product you sent falls into this category, we will inform you and send it back to you. Please check the shipping terms according to our shipping scope: https://consumer.huawei.com/my/support/express-repair/.
- 7. HUAWEI reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Join the Renewal Program at HUAWEI Authorized Service Center
- 1. Please bring your selected old device with you when visiting a HUAWEI Authorized Service Center.
- 2. After handing over the old device, you will receive a code for a discount coupon of up to 15% that can be used for the purchase of the HUAWEI WATCH FIT 4 series and HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 Series at the HUAWEI Official Online Store.
- * Only HUAWEI wearable devices are eligible for the Renewal Program. Dummy/non-original products are not included in this program.

How to Participate in the Renewal Program via Postal:

1. Apply for the Renewal Program through the My HUAWEI hotline or App.

3. The email containing the coupon is sent by the Service Center.

1. What product models can be exchanged?Selected models of HUAWEI wearable products (HUAWEI WATCH FIT Series, HUAWEI WATCH GT Series) are eligible for trade-in.
* Sample machines such as exhibited items are not eligible for trade-in. If we confirm the trade-in product and find that it is a sample machine, we will refuse to apply for the trade-in service.
* If you can confirm the serial (SN) number of the product even if it is broken, you can use the trade-in service.
* You can only purchase one product per coupon code. If you purchase two or more products with the same coupon code at a trade-in discount price, we will cancel the excess order at our discretion. -
2. After purchasing the HUAWEI WATCH GT 6 Series, can I return or exchange the product?We do not accept returns or exchanges, we will only replace the product if it is damaged within 7 days of the product exchange.

3. How long is the warranty period for the product purchased through the HUAWEI Renewal Program?The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of exchange.

4. Can I exchange HUAWEI Band?For now, only HUAWEI WATCH FIT series and HUAWEI WATCH GT Series can participate in the HUAWEI Renewal Program.
