One speaker produces no sound on my HUAWEI dual-speaker phone

 

• Check whether your phone supports dual speakers. If you are not sure whether your phone supports dual speakers, search for your phone model and view the specifications on the Huawei Consumer BG official website. If the audio is displayed as stereo in the multimedia section, your phone uses dual speakers.
• Only when the phone supports dual speakers, the speakers play sound together with the receiver.
• For phones that do not support dual speakers, sound is only played from the speaker and there is no sound from the receiver. This is normal.

Problem:

One speaker produces no sound on the HUAWEI dual-speaker phone.

Solution:

1. HarmonyOS 5 or later: Check the phone settings by going to Settings > Accessibility features > Audio tuning > Balance. (If the slider is in the middle of the screen, two speakers emit sound. Otherwise, only one speaker emits sound.)

2. HarmonyOS 4 or earlier: Check the phone settings by going to Settings > Accessibility features > Accessibility > Audio > Balance > Center. (If the slider is in the middle of the screen, two speakers emit sound. Otherwise, only one speaker emits sound.)

If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
