What should I do when I cannot log in to AppGallery due to poor network conditions or being unable to connect to the server?

Try the following:

  1. Switch to a different network type and try again. For example, if you are using mobile data, switch to Wi-Fi and try to log in again.
  2. Change your password and try again. If your password is suspected to have been compromised, you may be unable to log in.
  3. Go to Optimizer > Cleanup, clear the cache of AppGallery and Huawei Mobile Services, and try to log in again.
  4. If methods 1-3 all fail, your current network access may be unstable. Wait a period of time before trying to log in again. If the problem persists, contact customer service in your region or go to Me > Problems and suggestions and provide the information below for assistance.
