Why can't I submit comments or view comments I have submitted in HUAWEI AppGallery?

Possible causes are as follows:

1. HMS Core (Huawei Mobile Services) has not been updated to the latest version. In this case, your comments will fail to be submitted. Open HUAWEI AppGallery and go to Me > Updates to see if an update is available.

2. You have not logged in to your HUAWEI ID. Comments can only be submitted after you have logged in to your HUAWEI ID and can only be seen after the comments have been reviewed.

3. Your comments contain prohibited words that may have violent or sexual references. These kinds of comments will not be able to be submitted or approved. You are advised to modify your comments and submit them again.

4. Your HUAWEI ID has been blocked. If it is found that you have published prohibited content in HUAWEI AppGallery before, your HUAWEI ID will be blocked and you will not be able to submit comments or unblock your account. A message will be displayed indicating that your comment failed to be submitted.

5. You have changed the service region in HUAWEI AppGallery. Apps available in HUAWEI AppGallery and content in the comment section of each app vary by country/region. You can log in to HUAWEI AppGallery, go to Me > Settings > Country/Region, and select the required country/region.
