1. Introduction
1.1 HUAWEI Service Upgrade Program (“Campaign”) is organized and managed by HUAWEI Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd (“HUAWEI”), including affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Organizer”).
1.2 This Campaign is comprised of 5 (five) services:
· Free Expert Solution
· Free Cleaning & Refresh
· Free Diagnosis
· Free System Renewal; and
· Free Round-trip Shipping
1.3 The Campaign is open for entry by all South African residents of 18 years and older with a valid South African identity document or Smart Card.
1.4 By entering the Campaign, all Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the Organizers and the Organizers decision regarding any issue will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.
1.5 This Campaign commences on 30th April 2025 till the 31st December 2025, (the “Campaign Period”).
1.6 The Campaign is only exclusively with purchases made at HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers, HUAWEI Experience Stores & Online stores within the Republic of South Africa.

2.2 Free Cleaning and Refreshing
2.2.1 Get professional exterior cleaning & dust removal for your HUAWEI device at zero cost.
2.3 Free Diagnosis
2.3.1 Receive a complete, complimentary diagnostic assessment for your HUAWEI device, covering performance, software, and system health.
2.4 Free System Renewal
2.4.1 Offer complimentary system upgrades and reinstallation services for your HUAWEI devices. Back up needs to be done before handing over device to HUAWEI, if data loss, HUAWEI will not be responsible.
2.5 Free Round-trip Shipping
2.5.1 Skip the queue, get your device fixed via HUAWEI postal repairs and skip a trip to the service center.
3. General Terms and Conditions
3.1 The Campaign commences in 30th April 2025 till 31st December 2025
3.2 The Campaign Period may be extended or reduced at the discretion of the Organizer.
3.3 The Campaign, and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organizer. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organizer. No Campaign Participants shall have any recourse against the Organizer as a result of any alterations of the terms and conditions.
3.4 The Organizer reserves the right to extend, reasonably shorten or suspend the time period of the Campaign for technical or commercial or operational reasons or for the greater public good or due to a “force majeure” event or generally for any reason whatsoever within their sole discretion, on condition that the Organizer notifies the Campaign Participants in a manner that is expedient according to its best ability.
3.5 The Campaign, any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the Campaign, and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organizer. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organizer. No Campaign Participants shall have any recourse against the Organizer as a result of any alterations of the Terms and Conditions.
3.6 The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules and/or terminate this Campaign immediately at any stage, whether required as a result of changes in legislation, or if required by any national, provincial or municipal authority, or within the sole discretion of the Organizer for any reason (recognized in law). Notice of such termination shall be published on the Organizer’s Campaigns Website. In such event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to have in terms of this Campaign and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Organizer whatsoever.
3.7 In the event of a dispute in regard to any aspect of the Campaign and/or the Terms and Conditions, the Organizer’s decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.8 All Campaign Participants indemnify the Organizer, their associated and subsidiary companies, and their directors, officers and employees, against any and all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from the Campaign Participants participation in any way whatsoever in this Campaign.

3.10 South African law shall govern these Campaign rules and the courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
3.11 HUAWEI reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior consent, Participants are required to check this webpage periodically for any updates.
