If the sound is not clear during phone call, please try to solve with the following methods:
Use the Volume Up Button to turn up the volume during phone call. You can check the volume bar on the screen when pressing the volume buttons to see whether the volume is increasing or not.
Check whether the phone is connecting the Bluetooth headset
If the phone is connecting the Bluetooth headset, the sound will come out from this headset instead of the receiver. In that case, please disenable the Bluetooth and check whether the sound is clear by following the path of Settings > Bluetooth.
Check whether there is any block inside the receiver
Please follow these steps, and check the sound after finishing each one of them:
Make sure the receiver is not blocked by the protective case of film.
Check whether the receiver is being blocked or dirty. If so, please use a small but soft brush to clean it.
Please try to talk through loudspeakers during phone call. If the sound is still unclear, that could be the network issue. Please move to another place and make the phone call.
Restart the phone
Please try to restart the phone by holding the Power Button to see whether the sound is clear.
If the issue still persists, please back up the data and bring the phone to the nearby Huawei Service Center for diagnosis with the Proof of Purchase.
