Problem

After the user touches the Remote shutter button on their HUAWEI watch that's paired with an iPhone, the watch screen indicates a successful shooting, but the photo cannot be found in phone Photos.

Solution

• Disable and then re-enable Bluetooth on your phone, and try again.
• If the issue persists, access the HUAWEI Health app and delete the paired device. Then go to Settings > Bluetooth, find your wearable, touch the info icon (the small i to the right of the device name) and then Forget This Device, pair your wearable with your phone again, and check if the issue is resolved.
