Problem: The user opens a link in an app and selects Browser to open it, then a screen is displayed prompting the user to agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Statement.
Cause: You have not used Browser before. You need to have agreed to the User Agreement and Privacy Statement of Browser before you can use it. The information that the app needs to collect is required to provide you with basic services. If you do not allow the app to do so, you will be regarded as having rejecting the basic services provided by Browser, and will not be able to use Browser.
