Voluntarily Submitted Information Policy

Voluntarily Submitted Information means those information, without requests from Huawei, that you voluntarily submit to Huawei through Huawei’s websites or other feedback channels, including but not related to the questions, suggestions, ideas and / or works related to the design, brand, marketing and / or qualities etc. of Huawei’s products or services.

Huawei doesn’t encourage or request you to provide Voluntarily Submitted Information.

In order to avoid any potential disputes arising from any similarities between Huawei’s products and services and your Voluntarily Submitted Information, if you submit Voluntarily Submitted Information, following terms will apply:

i.You’re sure that you have the right to submit Voluntarily Submitted Information.
ii.You agree that from submission date you hereby assign all the rights and titles, including intellectual property rights related to the Voluntarily Submitted Information to Huawei without any compensation.
iii.Huawei has the rights to freely use, modify, distribute and / or sublicense your Voluntarily Submitted Information worldwide without any limitation.
iv.Huawei has no liability to review, accept or adopt your Voluntarily Submitted Information.
v.Your Voluntarily Submitted Information is not confidential. Huawei does not undertake any confidential liabilities to your Voluntarily Submitted Information.
