Problem:

The list of available Wi-Fi networks does not refresh.

Cause:

An error may have occurred when scanning for hotspots. Refresh the screen and try again.

Solution:

1. Refresh your Wi-Fi network by performing the following:
   • EMUI 8.X: Open Settings, search for Wi-Fi and enter the Wi-Fi settings screen, then touch Scan.
   • EMUI 9.X/10.X & Magic UI 2.X/3.X/4.0: Open Settings, search for and touch Wi-Fi, and swipe down on the Wi-Fi screen to refresh.
2. If the issue persists, restart your phone.
3. If the issue persists, back up your data and touch Reset phone.
