Cause:

Your phone automatically switches to the Wi-Fi network when your phone's Wi-Fi function is enabled and there is a Wi-Fi hotspot that your phone has connected to before nearby.

When both Wi-Fi and mobile data are enabled, the phone connects to the Wi-Fi by default.

Solution:

You can use Wi-Fi to access the Internet or disable Wi-Fi to continue using mobile data.
