If the ambient temperature is too low or too high
When the ambient temperature is too low or too high, the battery level and the charging speed will drop, and the phone may even automatically power off due to the temperature protection mechanism being triggered. Your phone will go back to normal when it returns to room temperature.
If your phone has just been powered on, has a low battery, or has been in sleep mode for a long time
Your phone may automatically calibrate its battery level, and the displayed battery level may be adjusted within a certain range. Your phone will return to normal after a few charge-discharge cycles.This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your phone.
If the issue persists
If the issue persists, the battery may have been damaged. Back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
The ideal working temperature for your phone is from 0°C to 35°C. Overly low or high temperatures might negatively affect the battery performance. Therefore, avoid using your phone outside the normal temperature range.
