Pressing the Volume up button also triggers the Volume down button

If you press the Volume up or down button too hard, or you press in between the two buttons, both buttons may be triggered.

If you are unable to press a Volume button separately, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
