Problem:

When used outdoors on extremely cold or hot days, the phone powers off or restarts itself.

Cause:

1. The ambient temperature is too low: Prolonged use in extremely low ambient temperatures will trigger your phone's low temperature protection mechanism, causing your phone to power off or restart itself. Abnormally low ambient temperatures can also decrease the chemical activity of the battery and reduce the battery lifespan.
2. Your phone is overheating: If the ambient temperature is too high or you are running power-intensive apps (such as Camera or game apps), the high temperature protection mechanism will be triggered, causing your phone to power off or restart itself.

Solution:

To prevent these automatic power-off and restarts and protect your battery's lifespan, use your phone within the safe temperature range (0ºC to 35ºC).
