Problem:

The volume fluctuates when music is playing at a lower volume (one or three bars) through the speaker.

Cause:

Some music has a larger dynamic range and fluctuates. When played at a higher volume, the audio amplifier limits the output amplitude in order to protect the speaker. Therefore, the high-pitched signal drops at a higher volume, which is not very noticeable. However, if the volume is low, the high and low fluctuations will be more noticeable.

Solution:

Try playing the same audio source in Speaker and Headset modes. If the issue also occurs in Headset mode, it indicates that there is an issue with the audio source.

If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
