Low music volume from my headset

• Press the Volume up button to increase the music volume.
• Make sure the headset is completely plugged in and no foreign object is obstructing the headset jack, or use a different headset to check whether the original headset is faulty. For best results, use a set of official Huawei earphones.
• Try playing another song to determine whether the issue is caused by the audio source. If so, use a different music file.

If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
