Problem:

After enabling Call waiting, the feature does not take effect and the user is unable to receive other calls during a call.

Solution:

1. Call waiting will only take effect when it is enabled on your phone and the Call waiting service is activated on the corresponding SIM card.
   • Open Dialer or Phone and go to > Settings. If your phone supports dual SIM cards, touch More in SIM 1 or SIM 2 and enable Call waiting.
   • Contact the customer service of your carrier to confirm that the Call waiting service has been activated.
2. If the issue persists, Call waiting may not be activated properly. It is recommended that you disable and then re-enable Call waiting.
