Perform the following to troubleshoot:

1. Delete your facial data: Open Settings, search for and access Face recognition, enter your Lock screen password as prompted, then touch Delete facial data, and confirm that you would like to delete your facial data. Once your data has been deleted, Face recognition will automatically be disabled.

2. Disable the lock screen password: Open Settings, search for and access Lock screen password, then touch Disable lock screen password, and restart your phone.
   

   Doing this will delete your lock screen password, fingerprint, and facial data, and as a result, Face unlock/Face recognition will automatically be disabled.

3. If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance. We will do our best to address your needs.
