Set theme colors (such as colors of window borders, Get Started menu, taskbar, and action center)
  1. Right-click any blank area on the desktop and select Personalize.

  2. Click Colors and disable Automatically pick an accent color from my background. Select your preferred color from Windows colors.

  3. If you want to display the theme color in Start, taskbar, and action center or Title bars. Enable corresponding items under Show accent color on the following surfaces.
