Set the lock screen background on a HUAWEI computer

  1. Click on the taskbar at the bottom and go to Settings > Personalization > Lock screen.

    Click here to go to Lock screen.

  2. Click Personalize lock screen (or on the right of Background) to set the lock screen background to Windows spotlight, Image, or Slideshow.
    • Windows spotlight: Automatically sets your lock screen to a new, visually stunning image from around the world each day (update frequency depends on network conditions and Microsoft backend servers). It also displays tips and tricks for using Windows.

      The effect of Windows spotlight (such as the frequency of changing the lock screen background image) depends on the actual situation.

    • Image: Select Recent images, or click Browse and select the image you wish to use as the lock screen background.

    • Slideshow: Select Browse, select the folder you want to use, and click Choose this folder.

  3. Press +L to lock the computer and view the lock screen background.
