After you submit an change account request, a serial number will be automatically generated and sent to your new phone number or email address.

l  Change account request progress

If your HUAWEI ID is logged in

Go to Settings > HUAWEI ID > Account and security > Security centre > Change account > CHECK STATUS, then fill in the information according to the onscreen instructions.

If your HUAWEI ID is not logged in

Go to Settings > Log in with HUAWEI ID > Report issues > Change phone number/email address > Change account > CHECK STATUS, then fill in the information according to the onscreen instructions.

l  Change account request period

Your HUAWEI ID contains your private information. To protect your account security, we will scrutinize each account changing request to ensure their authentication. The result of whether your request is accepted will be sent to your phone via SMS or to your email address within 3 work days.
