When the Dynamic lock feature is enabled, Windows can lock when devices paired to your computer go out of range (about a minute walk away).

To enable the Dynamic lock feature, do the following.

1. Pair your phone with your computer using Bluetooth

1. Click the Windows icon and then the Settings icon, and select Devices.

   

2. Click Bluetooth & other devices and + to add a device. Follow the onscreen instructions to pair your phone with your computer.

   

2. Enable the Dynamic lock feature

1. Click the Windows icon and then the Settings icon, and select Accounts.

   

2. Go to Sign-in options > Dynamic lock and check Allow Windows to automatically lock your device when you’re away.
