The computer comes with four hidden disk partitions: EFI, WinRE, WinPE, and Onekey. This is normal and does not indicate any issue with your device.

The EFI and WinRE partitions are built-in partitions of the Microsoft system. The Onekey partition is unique to HUAWEI devices, and is used to store the one-key restoration image file. The one-key restoration is performed in WinPE, which thus requires the WinPE partition.

Notes:

1. The MateBook (HZ) does not support the F10 one-key restoration feature. Therefore, it does not have a hidden Onekey partition.

2. This FAQ does not apply to computers running the Linux operating system.

3. Before using one-key restoration, back up your data in C drive. Once the factory settings are restored, reinstall software, log in to the Microsoft account on which Microsoft Office has been activated, and reconfigure the system.

4.If the reconfiguration of the system fails, bring the Proof of Purchase and head to the nearest Authorized Service Center.
