Problem
The computer does not wake up from Hibernation mode.
Cause
- The battery level is too low. The computer needs sufficient power to wake up.
- There might be issues with the operating system.
Solution
It is by system design that the keyboard and mouse cannot wake up the computer from Hibernation mode.
1. Connect your computer to a charger, wait for the battery to charge to a sufficient level, and press the Power button to wake up your computer.
2. Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to force a shutdown, then restart the computer, and try again.
3. If the issue persists, back up your data, record your Office account, and follow the instructions in Use F10 to restore factory settings on a HUAWEI Windows computer. If none of the above solved the problem, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for further assistance. We will do our best to address your needs.
