An automatic pairing progress bar for my Bluetooth mouse is always displayed in the Bluetooth device management page, especially in Windows 10 version 1511 |
Problem
When the user opens the Bluetooth device management page, a progress bar is always displayed for pairing with some Bluetooth mouses.
Cause & Solution
Bluetooth devices (such as a mouse and a keyboard) may have a power saving mode, and the duration for each Bluetooth device to enter the power saving mode is different. The Bluetooth device will enter power saving mode if you do not use it for a period of time. Therefore, when you use it again, the progress bar will be displayed. After the progress bar is complete, the Bluetooth device can function properly. This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your device.
