My computer does not display the screen saver
  • There is a specified timeout period before the screen saver is displayed. To change the screen saver time settings, press the Win and I keys to enter the Windows Settings screen, go to Personalization > Lock screen > Screen saver settings, and set your preferred time period, as shown below:

  • You may have accidentally touched the screen, mouse, or keyboard. Your computer will only display the screen saver if you do not touch the screen, mouse, or keyboard for a specified period of time.
