Enable/Disable Start full screen mode for the Startup menu

When Start full screen mode is enabled, the Startup menu will display in fullview.

To do this:

1. Click the Windows icon and then the Settings icon, then click Personalization.

2. Click Start and enable Use Start full screen. To disable this mode, disable Use Start full screen.
