Problem:
The user experiences low call volume or noise during a handheld call when the phone screen is broken or cracked, or the middle phone frame is deformed.
Cause:
The P30 Pro is equipped with a new touchscreen that can vibrate to produce sound. Therefore, the call volume and quality will be affected when the phone screen or middle frame is damaged.
Solution:
Back up your data and take your phone and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
