Unable to install AutoCAD on a computer running Windows 10 |
Problem
AutoCAD 2015 and earlier versions of AutoCAD cannot be used on the computer running Windows 10.
Cause
As mentioned on the official AutoCAD website, all Autodesk software that was released in 2017 or later can run on Windows 10. A lot of Autodesk software released in 2016 can run on Windows 10 with the application of the Autodesk service pack specified in the system requirements. Most Autodesk software released in 2015 or earlier is not compatible with Windows 10, unless otherwise stated in the system requirements.
Note: None of the AutoCAD software is compatible with the HUAWEI MateBook E 2019.

Solution
Install AutoCAD 2016 or a later version on the computer for use. It has been tested and verified that AutoCAD 2016 and later versions can run on Windows 10. If the AutoCAD software cannot be installed, contact Autodesk support personnel.
Note: To protect your legitimate rights and interests, please use official software. Huawei will not provide official service support for pirated software or AutoCAD software that has not been specified for Windows 10 by the official Autodesk website.
