Perform the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Reset the video ringtone for incoming calls
Go to Settings > Sounds & vibration > Phone ringtone, select Card 1 or Card 2, and go to Video ringtones > Set, to check whether the ringtone has been set. (If you cannot find Video ringtones, your phone/tablet does not support video ringtone settings.)
2. Check whether a third-party app is used to dial phone numbers
Open Settings, search for and access Default apps, and touch Phone. Check whether any third-party app is set as the default dialer. If so, select the default Contacts for Phone.
3. Check whether the Storage permission is denied for the Phone app
Open Settings, then search for and access Apps. Touch 
and select Show system processes. Go to Phone > , and set the Storage access permission to Allow.
4. Clear the data from Media Storage
Open Settings, then search for and access Apps. Touch 
and select Show system processes. Go to Media Storage > , wait for a while, and then reconfigure the Video ringtones settings.
5. If the issue persists
If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
