Problem
When the user is using Skype to make video calls, the computer enters sleep/hibernation mode. After the computer wakes up, the user can hear the sound from the computer but cannot see real-time images.
Cause
This is an issue with Skype version 8.44.0.40 and Microsoft Store version 14.44.40.0.
Solution
Restart Skype and see if this issue persists.
