Unsubscribing Using Huawei Devices
You need to first log in to your Huawei account on your Huawei phone/tablet. Once you cancel your subscription, your account will no longer be charged starting next month.
You need to first log in to your Huawei account on your Huawei phone/tablet. Once you cancel your subscription, your account will no longer be charged starting next month.
To cancel your Huawei Health subscription (you need to log in to your HUAWEI ID in the Huawei Health app): Open the Huawei Health app, touch Me, touch your profile picture, touch Payment & purchases, touch Subscriptions, touch the service you want to cancel, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the cancellation.
Unsubscribe using non-Huawei devices
If you do not have a Huawei device, you can use a PC browser or set your mobile phone browser to desktop mode (see the steps below for details) to access the HUAWEI ID webpage and proceed with the cancellation.
The steps to cancel your subscription are as follows: Click this link > Log in to your HUAWEI ID > Click on Payments & purchase > Click on Subscriptions > Click on the service you wish to cancel > Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
The steps to set the mobile browser to desktop mode are as follows (using HUAWEI Browser as an example):
Open HUAWEI Browser > Go to Settings > Go to Webpage Settings > Go to Browser UA Identifier > Select Computer.
