40 MP photos appear greenish in comparison to 10 MP photos |
If there is a light contrast in the background, your phone camera will automatically enter HDR mode when the photo resolution is set to 10 MP. In HDR mode, both the long exposure and short exposure modes are enabled to combine multiple burst images into a single image and automatically adjust the light contrast. Therefore, 10 MP photos will have more natural and authentic colors. When the photo resolution is set to 40 MP, the camera takes photos in Photo mode. Light sensitivity will be compromised for a higher resolution, so colors of 40 MP photos may not appear as authentic as 10 MP photos.
