Why are photos or videos taken by my phone or tablet blurry?

Blurry photos or videos can be caused by an unclean lens, as well as user execution while taking the photo or video.

• When the focus is complete, a yellow focus frame and small yellow sun icon will be displayed on the screen.

Touch where you would like to focus and wait for a yellow focus frame to appear. Touch the shutter button, while holding your device still.

Taking photos or videos from too close or far away

When taking photos or videos at a close distance, please use Super macro to retain a high-level of detail.

 

• When Master AI is enabled, Super macro mode is automatically triggered when appropriate.

• Hold the device steady under all scenarios.

When taking long-range photos or videos, please use the suitable digital zoom to capture a sharper scene.

The sharpness in long-range photos or videos is dependent on both the device's performance, as well as user execution.

When high zoom is enabled, please use a tripod for optimal stability.

 

• When taking ultra-long-range photos or videos, it is recommended that you use digital zoom. Higher zoom levels produce a narrower image angle and a larger subject, but the lens is also more sensitive to hand jitter.

• Hold the device steady under all scenarios.

• If the device is unable to accurately zoom, please restore it to its factory settings, and try again.
