Alarms do not sync from my HUAWEI phone to my watch/band

  • This feature is only supported on HUAWEI phones running EMUI 8.1 or later. Syncing alarms to watch/band is not supported on non-HUAWEI phones, but may be supported on some new Honor phone models. For details, please contact the Honor customer service.
  • This feature is not supported on your watch/band while it is not being worn (except for HUAWEI WATCH 3/4 Series devices). This feature is not supported when a HUAWEI WATCH 3/4 Series device is not being worn and is in Ultra-long Battery Life mode.
  • This feature is not supported if you have set a screen lock password on your HUAWEI phone, restarted the phone (or the phone was scheduled to turn off and then on), and the phone remains locked.

If the alarm is still unable to sync to your watch/band in other scenarios, perform the following steps:

  1. Ensure that your watch/band is linked with the Huawei Health app.

Keep the Huawei Health app running in the background. To lock the Huawei Health app on a HUAWEI phone, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to visit the multi-task screen, find the Huawei Health app, and swipe down to lock it.

  2. Restart your watch/band and phone, disable and then enable Bluetooth on your phone, and see if the issue is resolved.

  3. Update your watch/band and the Huawei Health app to their latest versions.
    • Open the Huawei Health app, select Me, and touch Check for updates.
    • To update your watch/band, open the Huawei Health app, touch Devices and the connected device, and then touch Firmware update.

  4. If the issue persists, unpair your watch/band from your phone, and pair them again.

During pairing, if the Huawei Health app displays Bluetooth message syncing, touch Agree.

If the issue persists or you encounter any difficulties, please call the Huawei customer service hotline for assistance.
