If the heart rate graph on your wearable device or the Huawei Health app is intermittent, perform the following operations.
Enable Continuous heart rate monitoring
Open the Huawei Health app, enter the device details screen, touch Health monitoring, and enable Continuous heart rate monitoring.
Wear your wearable device properly
- Your band/watch does not display the heart rate graph when it is not being worn.
- If you wear your band/watch too loosely, your device cannot read your pulse, resulting in an incomplete heart rate graph. Ensure that your band/watch is in good contact with your wrist.
The HUAWEI WATCH GT 2 series and bands later than the HONOR Watch ES support heart rate monitoring during swimming. Other devices will stop measuring your heart rate underwater.
If this issue persists, bring your wearable and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
