After my wearable device automatically reconnects to my phone, the Bluetooth status displays as connected, but the Huawei Health app shows that the wearable device is not connected

Open the Huawei Health app, find the current wearable device on the Devices screen, and touch Connect.

If the connection is still unsuccessful, perform the following steps:

1. On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, and unpair your wearable device from your phone.

  • For Android users: Go to Settings > Bluetooth, touch the name of the paired device, and disconnect it.

  • For iOS users: Go to Settings > Bluetooth, touch next to the Bluetooth name of the paired wearable device, and touch Forget This Device.

2. Delete the previous connection records in the Huawei Health app.

Open the Huawei Health app, touch Devices, then touch the wearable device you wish to delete, touch in the upper right corner of the device details screen, touch Unpair device, and pair your devices again.

3. Restart your phone and wearable device, pair them again, and see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue persists, please call the Huawei consumer service hotline for further assistance.
