If the issue occurs, perform the following steps:
Make sure that the watch is connected to a stable network
In order for the Remote power off feature to work, the watch needs to be connected to a stable network. Otherwise, operating orders in the HUAWEI FamCare app may fail to be transferred to the watch.
To check the network connection, open the HUAWEI FamCare app and locate the watch from the Protection screen. If the watch is successfully located, it indicates that the network connection is normal.
Restart the watch and the HUAWEI FamCare app
Restart the watch, close and exit the HUAWEI FamCare app from the background, restart the app, and try using the feature again.
If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
