Music playback pauses when the earphones are charging

It is not recommended that you use the earphones while they are charging, because media audio is disabled on the earphones when they are charging. Music will be played from the phone instead. However, some mobile phones automatically initiate reconnection when media audio is disabled on the earphones. When the connection is successful, the earphones will then disable media audio again, meaning that you are unable to play music normally.

Solution:

This issue only occurs on some phones (such as some Vivo and Xiaomi phones). Disconnect the Bluetooth connection when you are charging your phone.
