Downloading the HUAWEI FamCare app on Android phones

You can download the latest version of the HUAWEI FamCare app in the following ways based on your phone model:

Huawei phones

Search for "HUAWEI FamCare" in HUAWEI AppGallery and follow the onscreen instructions to download it.

Non-Huawei phones

1. Scan the QR code displayed on the kids watch's package or screen upon the first startup.
2. Touch Download next to Download via browser or Download via AppGallery and then follow the onscreen instructions to download the software package.

Updating the HUAWEI FamCare app on Android phones

Currently, the HUAWEI FamCare app can only be updated using HUAWEI AppGallery. Please download HUAWEI AppGallery before you update the HUAWEI FamCare app.

Open the HUAWEI FamCare app, touch in the upper left corner of the home screen, and go to App updates > Update or enter HUAWEI AppGallery to download and install the latest version.

Search for "HUAWEI FamCare" in App Store and follow the onscreen instructions to download it.

Updating the HUAWEI FamCare app on iOS phones

Open App Store, enter the Update screen, and touch Update next to the HUAWEI FamCare app to update it.
