- A factory reset will clear all personal data from the wearable device. Please exercise caution before proceeding.
- Before a factory reset of your wearable, it is recommended that you swipe down on the Huawei Health app home screen to sync data. A factory reset will not clear the historical data that has been synced and uploaded to Huawei Health.
- If your watch has activated the eSIM service, make sure to leave the check box of unselected when performing a factory reset. By doing so, you can directly use the eSIM service when you pair your watch again. Otherwise, you will need to contact your carrier to deregister from the eSIM service and activate it again.

When the wearable device is paired:

Restore the device to its factory settings on the pairing screen.
- Band: Swipe up on the pairing screen and tap Reset.
- Watch: On the pairing screen, press the Down button and tap Reset.
On your phone
Open Huawei Health, navigate to the device details screen, and tap Restore factory settings.
