Restoring your HUAWEI watch/band to its factory settings
 
  • A factory reset will clear all personal data from the wearable device. Please exercise caution before proceeding.
  • Before a factory reset of your wearable, it is recommended that you swipe down on the Huawei Health app home screen to sync data (including health and fitness data). A factory reset will not clear the historical data that has been synced and uploaded to Huawei Health.

Method 1: Enter the wearable app list and go to Settings > System & updates > Reset.

UI varies depending on the device. For some wearables, try going to Settings > System > Reset.

Method 2: Open Huawei Health, navigate to the device details screen, and touch Restore factory settings.
