Restoring your watch/band to its factory settings

Restoring the wearable device to its factory settings will clear all personal data from the wearable device, so please exercise caution when performing this operation.

Method 1: Go to Settings > System > Reset or Settings > System & updates > Reset from your wearable device's app list.

Method 2: Open the Huawei Health app, go to the device details screen, and touch Restore factory settings.
