to verify that you have entered a correct email address. If not, touch - Go to your Email app and make sure the email address Noreplyemail@huawei.com is not blocked by your email settings.
- If the issue remains unsolved, please provide your HUAWEI ID, Transaction number, Payment type, order status, and invoice request date. Huawei will get back to you within one working day.
