Haven't received an invoice 48 hours after requesting it
  1. Go to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases > Billing address to verify that you have entered a correct email address. If not, touch Edit to provide a new one.

    Go to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases > Purchase history and touch the related order. A message will be displayed asking if you would like to resend the invoice to your new email address.

  2. Go to your Email app and make sure the email address Noreplyemail@huawei.com is not blocked by your email settings.
  3. If the issue remains unsolved, please provide your HUAWEI ID, Transaction number, Payment type, order status, and invoice request date. Huawei will get back to you within one working day.
