Error or Warning is displayed in Event Viewer

Problem

The user finds that information about an Error or Warning is displayed in Event Viewer.

Cause

Logs in Event Viewer are only used for recording the program running process, which can help locate issues when issues occur.

Solution

When this kind of log occurs:

If the computer can work normally, use your computer as normal.

If this has affected your normal use of the computer, click Save All Event As... and export the file information as reference. Back up important data and bring your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Center for assistance.
