Problem
When the user uses 360 Safeguard and sets the value under Scale and layout to one lower than the recommended value, for example, 100%, only some or none of the icons in the bottom-right corner will be displayed.
Cause
There is a compatibility issue between 360 Safeguard and the system.
Solution
Close 360 Safeguard. Set the value under Scale and layout to the recommended value. Restart the computer.
