Activity records (Activity rings) on your HUAWEI watch/band

The Activity records screen (i.e. the Activity rings feature) tracks your daily physical activity with three types of data (three rings): Steps, Exercise, and Stand.

1. Steps: Displays progress towards the daily target of 10,000 steps (default goal). You can customize the goal to better suit your needs via Huawei Health > Me > Settings > Goals.

  • Watch-based goal customization via Huawei Health is only available on certain device models including HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate and HUAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN.
  • Only the number of steps can be modified in the three rings. Moderate-to-high-intensity activities and activity time goals are default values and do not support modification.

2. Exercise (unit: minutes): Tracks total time spent in moderate- and high-intensity activity, measured using cadence and heart rate data. The default goal is 30 minutes.

3. Stand: Measures the number of hours during which you stood up and moved around. For example, if you have walked for more than one minute in a given hour (such as between 10:00 and 11:00), this hour will be counted into Stand. This ring is designed to help remind you that staying seated for too long is damaging to your health. You are advised to stand up at least once per hour between 07:00 and 22:00 (HUAWEI TalkBand B6/HUAWEI TalkBand B7: between 07:00 and 19:00) and score as high as you can (or at least 12) for Stand every day.
