This is caused by different message transfer systems of Android/EMUI/iOS. Therefore, the content of a message pushed to your wearable device is displayed in different ways. This is normal.
When connected to an Android/EMUI phone, the wearable device can display about 500 English characters and 166 Chinese characters. When connected to an iPhone, the wearable device can display about 90 English characters and 30 Chinese characters.
