Open AppGallery, and search for Quick App Center in the search bar. Touch Open to access Quick App Center. If Quick App Center is not yet installed, touch Install instead.

You can add a shortcut for Quick App Center to your home screen by going to Quick App Center > > Add to home screen. To remove the shortcut from your home screen, touch and hold it, then touch Remove.
