HUAWEI Vision does not notify me of new messages when the screen is off

This is a deliberate design.

To reduce distracting notifications, your HUAWEI Vision will not notify you of new messages from the HUAWEI Vision and AI Life apps when its screen is off. To view the messages, press the power button to turn on the screen, then open MeeTime (previously Message Board) to view all messages sent to the HUAWEI Vision.
