When my Huawei phone or tablet receives a new call during a call, answering the new call will end the previous call

Problem:

During a phone call, the user is prompted that there is an incoming call, but the user has to end the ongoing call before being able to answer the incoming call.

Cause:

The Call on hold function is not activated for your SIM card.

Solution:

• Contact your carrier to activate the Call on hold function for your SIM card.
• If Call on hold has been activated, ask your carrier to deactivate the VoLTE and call on hold services, then re-activate them.
