Problem:

There are glue marks or bubbles under the protective film of the HUAWEI Mate X/Mate Xs.

Cause:

To allow the Mate X/Mate Xs to be folded and unfolded, a layer of flexible, resilient protective film has been attached to the Mate X/Mate Xs screen upon delivery. It is normal for the flexible protective film to slightly deform due to the screen folding, leading to glue marks or bubbles under it. The resilience capability of the protective film will result in the glue marks and bubbles automatically disappearing after the phone is left unfolded for a period of time. If the glue marks or bubbles do not disappear, please go to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
